BCF

Fund-Raising
Boston Luna Chix seek to educate people about some of the myths and perceptions that surround breast cancer.

We also hope to raise much needed funds in the fight against Breast Cancer.

We will be hosting various events through the year to raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund, so please check out our calendar of events.

Breast Cancer Fund

In response to the public health crisis of breast cancer, the Breast Cancer Fund identifies and advocates for the elimination of the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease. The Breast Cancer Fund was founded in 1992.

The Breast Cancer Fund  tirelessly fights to challenge the myths and perceptions surrounding breast cancer while providing inspiration to the women who suffer from the disease. Through public education, prevention and public policy initiatives, Breast Cancer Fund mobilizes the public and secures the institutional changes and legislative reforms necessary to eliminate the environmental links to breast cancer.

As Breast Cancer Fund’s Lead Corporate Sponsor, LUNA is an active partner of BCF through financial support, event sponsorship, and participation in its programs to prevent breast cancer.

LUNA's commitment to Breast Cancer Fund is consistent with the company’s long-term commitment of providing healthy food and a clean environment. We believe that what we put into our bodies, as well as on our bodies, is incredibly important to our health and well-being.

With the wide reaching effects of breast cancer, and the devastating number of women diagnosed each year, the women of LUNA are proud to join in the fight and support BCF’s mission. By working together, with daring dedication and determination, we can move mountains, one step at a time.
