About the Boston LUNA Chix Cycling Team

Our mission is to welcome women into this crazy world of cycling. Whether it's learning how to ride the trails, trying out clipless pedals, or just having another friend to hang with at a local race, we are here to offer support, guidance and friendship.

We come from a variety of cycling backgrounds. We are expert and novice mountain bike racers, former bike messengers, triathletes, commuters, trackies and roadies. We are also engineers, medical professionals, business owners, students and community leaders. We know there are a lot of women out there just like us who want to get involved and we'd love to help you!

All proceeds from our events support the Breast Cancer Fund.

I love the new LUNA Recovery Smoothie- dark chocolate flavor. It provides a great post-workout protein boost, and tastes best when mixed with cold water so you feel refreshed, not full.

I recommend this product to fitness and chocolate lovers alike. You can feel good about satisfying your sweet tooth, and get extra protein to help build and tone muscle! :)
